1. General Terms
Welcome to AYZ Wholesale (AYE YEIK ZONE). By accessing our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. AYZ Wholesale operates as a men's apparel wholesale distributor based in Yangon, Myanmar, serving retail partners nationwide.
2. Wholesale Account
To place wholesale orders, you must register for a wholesale account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. We reserve the right to approve or decline wholesale account applications at our discretion.
3. Orders & Pricing
All prices listed on our platform are wholesale prices and are subject to change without prior notice. Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply to all products. Orders are confirmed only after payment verification. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or pricing errors.
4. Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full before order dispatch unless a credit arrangement has been agreed upon. We accept bank transfers, mobile payments (KBZPay, Wave), and cash payments at our Yuzana Plaza showroom.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We provide nationwide delivery across Myanmar. Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and destination. Same-day dispatch is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM (Yangon time) for Yangon-area deliveries. Delivery times for other regions are estimated and not guaranteed.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Defective items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for exchange or refund. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. Returns due to buyer's remorse are not accepted on wholesale orders. Please inspect all items upon delivery and report any issues immediately.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, logos, text, and design, is the property of AYZ Wholesale (AYE YEIK ZONE) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
